Live cohort · Starts October 20

Build the team. Not the posts.

Three evenings and a follow-up. You leave with a working AI marketing team running on your own computer, writing in your voice — and nothing goes live until you say so.

Take a seat

Eight seats. Registration closes Sunday, October 18.

What you leave with

Not notes. A working system.

01

A folder on your desktop with your agents in it

02

At least one agent fully customized, producing content in your voice

03

The seven-field direction that every other agent reads from

04

The exact pattern to build the rest

05

The replay, so you can go back over any session

You do the building. I’m in the room the whole time.

The four sessions

Four nights. One system.

All sessions 6:00–8:00 PM ET, live on Zoom. Recorded.

Day 1 · Setup

Tuesday, October 20

We get your machine ready. Claude Desktop, your API key, Python running, the workspace built. This is the night that usually breaks people, so it gets its own session and I stay until yours works.

Day 2 · Brand Work

Thursday, October 22

No code. This is the night we figure out who you serve, how you sound, and what you’d never say. It’s the hardest thinking in the whole class and it’s what makes the output yours instead of generic.

Between this session and the next, you’ll set up your images — an AI version of yourself, or a folder of your own photos. Instructions come after Day 2.

Day 3 · Build

Wednesday, October 28

Claude Code builds the folder, the agents go in, and we load your brand work into them. You’ll see what an agent writes with nothing, then what it writes with your direction. Side by side, your own business.

Day 4 · Follow-up

Wednesday, November 4

A week later, after you’ve actually used it. What worked, what drifted, what still sounds off. Bring one real thing your agent made.

Before Day 1

Read this part before you buy.

This is a build, not a webinar. There are real requirements and real costs beyond the ticket. I’d rather you know now.

Required

  • A laptop — Mac or Windows. Not a tablet, not a phone.
  • Claude Desktop, on a paid plan (about $20/month)
  • An Anthropic API key with about $20 in credits
  • Python installed — we check this before Day 1 and fix it on Day 1

Optional

Set up an AI version of yourself so your agents have images to work with. If you’d rather not, a folder of your own real photos works just as well — that’s what I use.

Total cost beyond the ticket: roughly $40 to start.

This is for you if

  • You’re doing all your own marketing and falling behind
  • You’ve tried AI and the writing didn’t sound like you
  • You want to own the system, not rent an agency

This isn’t for you if

  • You want it done for you — that’s a different conversation, and I’m happy to have it.
  • You can’t make the live sessions. The replay helps, but Day 1 is where I fix your setup, and I can’t fix a laptop through a recording.

Summit rate

$1,497

$1,997

The standing price is $1,997. Summit attendees get the launch cohort rate through October 18.

Eight seats. Not a scarcity tactic — I can’t look over more than eight shoulders on a video call.

Take a seat

Full refunds are available through October 15. No refunds after October 15 because your registration holds one of eight seats.

Why me

I built this for myself first.

I was the business owner who couldn’t stay visible. I hired a marketing team and it gave me a second job — they wanted photos, videos, more of me, and I didn’t have the time.

So I asked a different question: if I had a marketing team, what would it look like? I researched how Apple staffs marketing, then went and studied the best campaign minds in the world, and built each role around what they do.

Then I fed it my business, my message, my voice, and kept working until it sounded like me. That took months.

You don’t have to do any of it from scratch. It’s already done.

Questions

Before you take a seat.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You’ll describe what you want in plain English and Claude Code does the work. You will not write a line of code.

What if I miss a session?

Every session is recorded. But come to Day 1 live if you possibly can — that’s where setup problems get solved, and a recording can’t troubleshoot your machine.

Will all nine agents be finished by the end?

No, and I won’t pretend otherwise. You’ll finish with at least one fully working agent and the exact pattern for the rest. Most people finish the others in the week after.

Will it post for me automatically?

Only if you tell it to. The work lands in a folder, or in your team’s Drive, for you to review. It can go into your scheduler as a draft or as a scheduled post — but that’s your call, every time.

Build a team that already knows what you mean.

Four live sessions. Eight seats. Registration closes October 18.
